How to Use Glitter can be applied directly to the skin or combined with products to create high-level glitter on all areas of the face, skin and hair. EYES: use on the eye area with Duo Adhesive. Do not use as eye liner. LIPS: use on the lips with Timeless Kissprof , Absolute and Vogue Lipsticks, 20100 Crayon Lipstick and Lipgloss.
